9:00 on the dot

9:00 on the dot the music went on and we all came charging and pushing around. I tried to get to the front because I love sitting at the front. Charging and pushing, people were trying to get to the frount too.  Rolling in we began with chess. I played  Olivia and I was so close to loosing, but I made the right move because I move my Queen and won! I was finished. I am in 12th place on our chess leaderboard (out of 27 people).  My aim is to get to 5th place.  I think that would be achievable! This afternoon, we moved onto the last session of teacher-led workshops.  I was in science.  Today, we explored DRIED ICE!  Do you know what dry ice is?  It is frozen carbon dioxide.  It is SO cold, it is -80 degrees celsius!  We made some potions!  We used cold water, food colouring, dishwashing liquid and dried ice to make a big bubbly mess!  When the bubbles got to the top, you could pop them, and the gas would smoke!  We are using dried ice for our documentary for the MADE Awards.
